Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully possessed by your new gear, but if it's not the right fit, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and alternative packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware and tags are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
